Shipping Options

CANADA:

ON & QC

Get free Standard Shipping on purchases of $100+ (before tax).

For orders under $100 (before tax), a flat $15 shipping fee applies.

BC, AB, SK, NF, NB, PEI, NS:

Get free Standard Shipping on purchases of $250+ (before tax) when signed into your BWCollective.ca account.

For orders under $250 (before tax), a flat $35 shipping fee applies.

NU, NWT, YK

A flat $50 shipping fee applies. 

UNITED STATES:

A Flat $40 shipping fee applies. 

All Duties and fees are to be paid by receiver. BWCollective will not absorb any duties. 

WORLD WIDE:

Order Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) are processed the following Monday.
• During sales, holiday periods, or peak times, processing may take longer.
• All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication before shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes, and remote addresses can only be sent via Standard Shipping. Please allow extra time for delivery.

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of an order (in whole or in part) without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
If a shipment arrives in a damaged box or container, please accept the package and contact us immediately so we can assist.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses
We can only ship to one address per order. If you’d like items sent to different locations, please place separate orders.

Changing Order Destination
Please double-check your details before checkout — once an order has shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
