Wrong size? Wrong look? Wrong color? No stress.

BWCollective will gladly offer an exchange or store credit on regular-priced items returned in-store within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached, and you’ll need your original receipt.

Sale and discounted items are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Purchase Returns & Exchanges
For online orders, BWCollective offers a 30-day return or exchange on regular-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tagged. Please return items in their original packaging with your receipt enclosed.

In-Store Returns for Online Orders
Prefer to return in person? Bring your online purchase to any BWCollective location and we’ll handle it for you.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used on BWCollective.ca. Exchanges or refunds apply only to regular-priced items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, tagged).

Online Order Cancellation
Second thoughts? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn’t yet been processed and shipped, we’ll cancel it.

If it has already shipped, you can follow our online returns and exchanges policy to send it back.
