What is your in-store return policy?
We do not issue full refunds. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange of equal value. To process your return, the item must have its original tags attached and be accompanied by your receipt.
When does my store credit expire?
Store credits never expire and can be used at any BWCollective location. At this time, store credits are not redeemable online.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell in-store and online is 100% authentic.

We receive new arrivals at the start of each season, delivered in three to four waves throughout the season.

Yes. We can place special orders for items if we currently carry the brand. Availability of specific models may vary.

We source our products directly from the manufacturers. We never buy through third parties, ensuring every item is authentic.
